Customize Quick Access Toolbar in Word 2007

Quick Access toolbar is added in Word 2007 so as to add commands you use again and again. By default Save, Undo and Redo buttons are already added. You can customize this toolbar and add more buttons of your use. To do so just go to your Command you want to add, Right click it and select “Add to quick access toolbar“. If you want to remove it, go to the quick bar and right click on it again, select “Remove from quick access toolbar“. Also you add and delete some more quick commands available drop down menu, and all the commands can be accessed by selecting the more commands options. Apart from that you can also access it by Office Button –> Word Options –> Customize.

Apart from that this quick access toolbar can be shown below the ribbon. I personally feel that if you have commands more than around 25, then you should go for the toolbar below the ribbon, else this toolbar is perfectly fixed above the ribbon. If you want to customize it more, and want to have a more control over the toolbar, just go to the customize option and explore more. :)
